🍒 We have CHERRIES! 🍒

This past Friday, we were excited to receive two full skids of fresh cherries thanks to the generosity of our friends at the Central Okanagan Food Bank and the Lake Country Food Bank - Helping Through Sharing Network.

A huge thank you to Joy for coordinating the shipment, and to Valley Direct, who made sure these cherries reached us along their delivery route. Valley Direct continues to go above and beyond in supporting food banks like ours by providing affordable freight for incredible donations like this.

We are thrilled to share these sweet cherries with our community! They’ll be going out not only through our shopping and delivery programs but also to partners, including The Salvation Army, Cranbrook Food Recovery, Healthy Kimberley Food Recovery, Kimberley Food Bank, Jaffray Food Share, and many more local agencies.

Fresh, healthy food brings joy, and thanks to this amazing collaboration, we can spread that joy even further. ❤️
