Sometimes the most useful thing a marketing partner can do is help you decide what not to do.
When everything feels urgent, budget and time end up spread across too many channels and too many ideas at once. The result usually isn't more traction. It's just more motion, without much to show for it.
A marketing plan that actually works doesn't try to cover everything. It starts by figuring out what matters most right now, and what can reasonably wait. From there, the rest gets easier to prioritize.
That's usually where momentum actually starts. Not from doing more, but from doing the right things in the right order.
