This summer was a busy one 👏

Over 16 weeks, our team delivered a full-scale merchandising program for Suntory across Ontario, Alberta, and BC with dedicated reps working in-market throughout the summer and a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

Store visits, Merchandising, Auditing, Branded cars, In-store tastings, On-premise events, Guerilla Sampling... this program had a little bit of everything. Our team handled the full plan of attack - staffing, scheduling, assets, logistics, and coordination in-house - keeping all of those moving pieces moving across three provinces.

It’s the kind of program we love because it shows just how much can sit under one umbrella at Embr. One team, multiple markets, and plenty of different ways to get brands in front of consumers.

A big shoutout to our head office AND field team for helping us close out a very full summer strong!

Meet Brenda, our incredible Contract Supervisor from Manitoba! 🧡

With over 30 years in the industry and the last 1.5 years at Embr, Brenda brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and heart to every activation. Her favourite part of the role? Mentoring and coaching Brand Ambassadors, building teams that proudly represent our clients, Embr, and themselves in the field.

When she's not leading activations (or enjoying popcorn..her self-proclaimed #1 food group 🍿), you'll find her chasing her next adventure, whether that's a weekend at the lake, horseback riding, or catching a concert in Vegas.

One of our favourite campaigns this summer has to be Popsicle Vodka Soda for Dandurand.

From May through July, we brought this campaign to life across 13 activation days in five unique formats, from festivals and street teams to golf tournaments and inside LCBO stores. Watching the same creative vision come to life in so many different environments was incredibly rewarding. There was something pretty special about seeing an ice cream wagon and slushie machines roll into liquor stores and somehow feel right at home.

Beyond the scale of the campaign, the incredible render-to-reality ex*****on, or the volume of product sampled - the energy itself was standout! Our team showed up every day with enthusiasm, professionalism, and an incredible ability to create genuine excitement. They turned a vision on paper into something people wanted to stop, experience, photograph, and talk about. Even better, that excitement translated into strong retail sell-through and meaningful results for our client.

Campaigns like this are a reminder that experiential marketing is alive and well. Real people, real conversations, and real moments still matter. Huge thanks to Dandurand for trusting us, our incredible team for bringing this campaign to life, and everyone who stopped by to be part of it. We can’t wait to do it again.

Khaalis joined the Embr team in 2024 and brings a creative eye to every activation. When he's not representing brands, you'll likely find him creating lifestyle content for Instagram and YouTube, exploring downtown Toronto, or keeping up with the latest fashion and content trends.

🎥 Fun fact: Khaalis also creates YouTube videos, combining his passion for storytelling and creativity.
