Saw this doe trying to have a fawn last night at our shop. Turns out she had twins today. One’s still wet and being cleaned off. Awfully shaky on those new legs ❤️❤️I look forward to saying good morning to them all the time. Hahaha

Yes we’ll clean up the oil spill when we’re done. I love nature so I don’t abuse her

Photo purge. Have to drop some recents and get back with posting more often. Hope everyone is having a great spring. Flat out for us as always 👍. I’ve been servicing heavy equipment in this area for over 20 years. Many of these machines I see anytime they have a problem. Many of the machines in my photo album i have been looking after for 10 years or more. 150+ customers and over 1000 machines we look after as they need some love. And still get calls from new customers from time to time. Thank you to all our valued customers for calling us when they need help getting their iron all fixed up. All 4 corners of BC and some in Alberta. Most in Vanderhoof and Prince George

Flashback from 2023 on the CGL pipeline. 160T crane blew a rear main engine seal. Randy from Cropac equipment and I were going to attempt this repair in -45 C but we decided to wait for safety reasons. Sometimes the jobs have to be rescheduled for our own well being. Production is important but that is life and death weather if anything goes wrong. I have worked in that weather many times in my life and I embrace it when I have to work in it. But sometimes its smarter to weigh the risks and reschedule. So Graydon and I went and took care of it. 15 hrs or so in -25 if I remember right. Note the frost coming out of the counterweights following the -45 weather. Mother Nature is crazy and beautiful

Busy end to the week. Driveline between the engine and transmission on a Deere 644K. Had to lift the back of the cab up 6” or so and remove the aftertreatment and hydraulic tank to gain access. Caught it just in time. And another emergency call out to a Deere 1910E forwarder down in the middle of the road. Cab rotate stop was missing and rotating cab spun too many times one way and if you look closely at the Deutsch connector 2 pins got pulled halfway out. It’s amazing what can break a machine down. Something so simple. After all these years I still enjoy the hunt for a problem. Weather couldn’t be better. -15 for the wheel loader and -25 for the forwarder. Still love working in nature after all these years.
