The incumbent will possess a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 (𝗡𝗢𝗖 𝟳𝟯𝟭𝟴) 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶-𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗰 and have a Mechanical and/or Electrical aptitude. They hold a Secondary school diploma or relevant, a clean driver’s abstract and a clean criminal background check. Must also be bilingual (EN and FR)

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
To perform the job successfully, the incumbent will demonstrate the following competencies:
• Intermediate construction skills
• Ability to mount rails to various types of surfaces; wood, tile, marble, etc…
• Troubleshoot basic product mechanical and electrical issues
• Ability to confidently work independently
• Ability to instruct clients on product usage with courtesy, patience and empathy
• Intermediate computer proficiency
