We are seeking a highly competitive team of Partners/Vas for our ventures. These ventures encompass Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok, Etsy, Print-on-Demand (POD), Walmart stores, and others. We aim to build these stores from the ground up, taking full responsibility for operations in Canada, the USA, the UK, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Management:
Create and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.
Order Processing:
Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with fulfillment centers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and returns.
Maintain a positive online reputation through prompt and helpful responses.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data and eCommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Create reports and recommendations to optimize eCommerce performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with product photography and basic image editing.
Knowledge of dropshipping and fulfillment processes.
Familiarity with social media management for e-commerce.
Understanding of payment gateways and online transaction processing.
