Every agency knows this cycle. The initial brief is full of confidence and trust and then somewhere between the first draft and final approval, the requests start rolling in.

Here’s the thing though: it’s not really about the revisions themselves. It’s about making sure the client feels heard while still protecting the strategy behind the work. A little back-and-forth isn’t a red flag. It’s usually just someone getting more invested in getting it right.
