A client came to me after spending 6 months and thousands of dollars on Google Ads.

Clicks? Yes. Leads? Almost none.

Before touching anything, I asked a simple question: "Who are you actually trying to reach? Why would they choose you over anyone else?"
They didn't have a clear answer.
