Floyd's Diner Logo Redesign
About 15 years ago I used to work as a busser at Floyd's. Fast forward to the present, I'm now a graphic designer, working to promote my business here in Victoria, BC. I thought a good way to show my skills would be by redesigning some popular local business logos. Floyd's is perfect, because I had experience there.
The current logo is a robust and comprehensive design with elements the create an on-brand and unique appeal. I decided to go for a slightly more illustrated approach, with velvety angels wings and bold "FD" letters.
Creating logo variants is a powerful way to enhance the flexibility of a logo's expression in marketing. If you can imagine the different designs I created on t-shirts, mugs, plates, stickers, and more, you start to get an idea what's possible.
All designs are 100% human, made by me. No AI was used in the making of these designs.
