Rio Silver Inc. has initiated the regulatory process to enable access to high-grade surface silver and prepare for staged underground entry at Maria Norte in Peru.

NI 43-101 verification sampling confirms high-grade surface mineralization, with results ranging from 396 g/t Ag to 991 g/t Ag. The Company expects to receive the required permits during Q2, subject to regulatory review.

The Chairman of Temas Resources has been writing a monthly update to his shareholders for months, and in retrospect, they have been very prescient. I have included the January letter below and will continue to deliver them as they arrive : )

Happy New Year,
2024 is upon us and with the change in the calendar come lists of how we will change our health, our finances, our relationships … our lives. It is an interesting time of year and all too often those changes last just weeks or a month. That said, I am proud to tell you that our goals at Temas have not changed, and our ex*****on of those goals is on schedule.
At the end of 2023, we made a very positive change to our management team adding Tim Fernback as our CEO. Tim is the new face of Temas Resources, and a personable ‘get things done’ kind of guy who has crossed the finish line several times. Tim has a road map for Temas and will be guiding us toward a similar end. Our website is being revamped and some overdue changes will be live before month's end and we have been waiting for the updated PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment) on our La Bache, Titanium Vanadium property, which will be released to the market upon completion. We also have a more encompassing marketing program set to begin in the next few weeks which will bring more eyeballs to the Temas story, and will make you, our current shareholders look even smarter than you already are : ). In early February we will be attending the CEM in Whistler which is by all accounts one of the most concentrated and effective ways to gain exposure with an exclusive investor network. Expectations for Temas remain very high from the smallest to the largest investors, particularly because it is clear that we are just beginning.

Capiche.io
The landscape for doing private placements has changed (finally) so that your net worth is not the only factor allowing you to participate in arguably the most profitable sector of the microcap markets.
Although the BCSC and other governing bodies have changed the rules, it is companies like crowdfunding site Capiche.io that allow you to get in on the ground floor of both private (soon to be public???) companies and public companies that are offering their shares along with a warrant.
Seems to me that the everyday investor should be paying attention to what is being published on sites like Capiche, but also many of the small private companies that are looking to raise cash through an equity offering should be seriously investigating the opportunity that has recently (and finally) opened up in Canada.

Goldrea Resources GOR ... 5c stock with money in the bank and a "MicroCap" $3.5 Million market capitalization. Property of genuine interest in the Golden Triangle. Seems a mighty inexpensive way to grab some exposure during the 'softest' time of the year for Northern BC exploration companies. Just sayin .....

ARIS Gold moves to the TSX from the Venture X on February 12, 2021
ARIS may have the strongest BOD of any mining company in history and I doubt it will be ignored by the institutional investment community for long. TSX listing allows the 'IIC' to participate where the Venture exchange can be restrictive.
