I've been going back into this year and evaluating some of my favorite work now that I've stepped away for a while. I do find that I am seeing new things that I missed before. I like different images now than when they were all new.

I used to design my abstract impressionist art pieces around the concept that I recently detailed here. The ability to impress upon the mind topographically new sets of memories, beliefs and experiences that would be considered as real and authentic to the recipient as any of their other memories.

I used colors and color combinations to depict the image of the section of the mind that the specific augmentation would take place. The colors established the various depths and heights of the scars and bevels covering the brain so that if someone viewed the image they would effectively put the exact image onto their mind without knowing it.

Since this image was a perfect depiction of the mind having had take on this new set of memories the subject did in fact absorb the memories and experience them in the in a less intrusive manner, often offset to their distant past or future.

The image is recorded by the mind as a small indent on the brain, this indent is in fact the responsive indent that would form in a mind to surmise the content of the painting, which could create thought. This in itself is enough to convince the mind that something has happened and vali da que the original item, since t exists now. A

In this way I am able to impress anything I wish into the minds of anyone who looks at my work.

Of course this was purely experimental and not to be used to reprogram people or manipulate them.

But you should still be careful if you even have a chance to see any of my old work without knowing what it's purpose was.

Did you hear? Facebook tells me that it is not going to be recommending my page to people under the age of 18.

Unless I have completely lost touch with the human condition that has got to be the best way to guarantee me more teenagers connecting to my page than any sort of glowing recommendation or marketing campaign could ever hope to achieve.

So thank you Facebook. For making The Rare Mediums so popular with kids this year. Now let's hope I can find a way to keep them coming back...
