The U.S. is Amazon's largest marketplace — but going cross-border isn't as simple as flipping a switch. From fulfillment and pricing to compliance and advertising, there's a lot to get right before you launch.

Amazon is now automatically translating text within product images using AI. 🌎🤖

For Canadian brands, this means English product images may automatically appear in French for French-speaking shoppers.

Convenient? Yes. But brands should still review the translations for accuracy, compliance, and brand messaging.

Not sure where to review your AI-translated images?

For brands already selling in the U.S. or other markets, Amazon Canada can be a logical next step—but it should not be treated as a simple copy-and-paste expansion.
Our latest newsletter outlines five important areas to review before launching, from compliance and importing to listings, advertising, and inventory.
If Canada is part of your growth plans, I would be happy to connect.

Expanding to Amazon Canada isn't as simple as copying your Amazon.com listings. Amazon just answered the biggest questions about its new product title update.

If you've been wondering whether the new Item Highlights feature will impact your listings, Amazon has now clarified several important points.

Here are the biggest takeaways:
- Search visibility is not changing.
Amazon confirmed that both the Item Name and Item Highlights are searchable, and neither is prioritized over the other.

- You don't have to update everything immediately.
Amazon has started recommending changes for non-compliant listings, but brands can continue updating listings themselves at any time.

- Brand owners remain in control.
Before Amazon applies AI-generated recommendations, brand owners have 14 days to review, edit, or approve them.

- Item Highlights are coming to both desktop and mobile.
Beginning August 10, highlights will appear directly beneath the product title, giving shoppers additional information without creating long, keyword-stuffed titles.

This is one of the biggest changes to Amazon product listings in years.
Brands that adapt early won't just stay compliant—they'll have an opportunity to create cleaner titles while using Item Highlights to communicate the information shoppers actually care about.

Have you started updating your Amazon listings yet?

Preparing for Prime Big Deal Days & Q4 Starts Now

Every year, we see the same pattern.

Some brands begin preparing for Prime Big Deal Days and the holiday season months in advance. Others wait until the last minute - and spend the busiest time of the year trying to fix problems instead of driving sales.

While October and November may still seem far away, July and August are when the foundation is built.

Here are a few areas we're already helping brands focus on:
- Reviewing inventory levels to avoid stockouts during peak demand.
- Optimizing product listings with updated images, titles, and A+ Content before traffic increases.
- Planning promotional strategies, including coupons, Prime-exclusive discounts, and pricing.
- Building advertising campaigns early so they're optimized before competition intensifies.
- Resolving listing, compliance, or catalog issues before they become costly during peak season.

One thing we've learned over the years is that successful Q4 performance rarely happens by accident. It comes from consistent planning and ex*****on long before shoppers begin filling their carts.

If your brand sells on Amazon, now is the time to start preparing—not when Prime Big Deal Days are only a few weeks away.

What is your team focusing on first as you prepare for Q4?

Amazon just made the Featured Offer (Buy Box) more competitive.

Starting this month, Amazon is gradually removing the seller eligibility step for the Featured Offer (Buy Box).

What does this mean?
More sellers may now be considered for the Featured Offer.

What still determines the winner?
- Competitive pricing
- Fast fulfillment
- Inventory availability
- Strong seller performance
- Great customer experience

Bottom line:

Removing the eligibility step doesn't make the Featured Offer easier to win. It simply means more sellers may be competing for the same spot. The sellers with the strongest operations will continue to come out on top.

Many brands launching on Amazon don't realize they're leaving valuable incentives on the table.

Amazon's New Seller Incentives (NSI) Program can help eligible brands reduce some of the upfront costs of launching on Amazon, making it easier to build momentum from day one.

Depending on eligibility and marketplace, benefits may include:
- Brand Registry incentives
- Referral fee credits and bonuses
- Amazon Vine credits
- Sponsored Ads credits
- Coupon credits
- FBA shipping incentives
- Additional launch benefits for eligible products

The key thing to remember is that not every seller qualifies, and available benefits can vary depending on your marketplace, account status, Brand Registry enrollment, and product eligibility. Proper planning before launch can make a significant difference.

As an Amazon Agency Partner, Next Success helps brands:
- Understand which incentives may be available
- Confirm eligibility requirements
- Set up accounts correctly from the beginning
- Build a launch strategy designed to maximize available benefits

If you're planning to launch a new brand or product on Amazon Canada or Amazon USA, we'd be happy to discuss whether your business may qualify.

Prime Day is Over... Now the Real Work Begins.

For many brands, Prime Day ends when the deals stop.
For us, it's when some of the most important work begins.
Beginning next week, we'll be meeting with each of our clients to review their Prime Day performance and answer questions like:

• Which promotions actually increased profit - not just sales?
• Which advertising campaigns delivered the strongest return?
• Which products need to be replenished immediately?
• Are there inventory discrepancies or reimbursement opportunities?
• Which ASINs gained momentum that we can continue building on?
But we're not just looking back.

We'll also be planning for what's next:
• Back-to-School promotions
• Fall and holiday planning
• Inventory forecasting and upcoming shipments
• New product launches
• Advertising strategy for July and beyond
Prime Day isn't the finish line.

It's an opportunity to learn what worked, what didn't, and to use those insights to build a stronger second half of the year.

If your Prime Day results raised more questions than answers, now is the perfect time to review your strategy.

😅 Don't be this brand on June 23.
Prime Day is only 4 days away - and "winging it" is not a strategy.

By now, your Amazon account should already have:
✅ Listings optimized for mobile
✅ Ad campaigns ready to launch
✅ Inventory confirmed and replenished
✅ Deals and promotions activated

The brands that win Prime Day don't start preparing the week of the event. They started planning weeks ago.

If you're still scrambling, let this be your wake-up call. 🚨
Prime Day runs June 23–26.

Prime Day Sellers – Check Your Deals Dashboard NOW!

Prime Day is less than a week away, and we are seeing approved deals being rejected or suppressed because Amazon is requiring larger discounts than originally submitted.

If you have submitted Prime Day Deals, don't assume they are still approved.
We recommend checking your Deals Dashboard immediately and again daily through June 23 to ensure your deals remain eligible and active.

Review for:
- Rejected or suppressed deals
- Updated discount requirements
- Pricing issues
- Inventory concerns

Waiting until Prime Day starts may be too late.
