We wrote three words on the wall years ago.

Think. Make. Repeat.

They were never meant to be a tagline although they do look good on a t-shirt. They were a reminder to ourselves about how good work actually happens. Not just once, but consistently.

Over time they became the principles for how we approach strategy, creative, and collaboration across business, nonprofit, and government projects.

This is the thinking behind the words.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise. Ton histoire est une épopée.

Canada is having a moment. The world feels uncertain, the economy is shifting, and for the first time in a long time, people are rallying around the flag again. But as we come together, we need to ask ourselves - what does it really mean to rise?

Canada is strongest when it is open, when it is generous, when we do not just think of ourselves but of how we fit into something bigger. Buying local, supporting our communities, travelling within our country - these things matter. But they are not just about economic survival. They are about showing up for one another.

Rising is not about closing ranks. It is about standing firm in who we are, knowing our place in the world, and moving forward with confidence. National pride should not be about who we stand against, but who we stand with.
