Our growth in the virtual advisor program has grown exponentially across Canada and it looks like we are moving forward within Ontario that could help 60 CFDCs with 5,000 loan clients. With only a few issues like, can tailor virtual advisers to specific locations (to keep the advisers 'local') No issues in this case, but in remote locations like Baffin Island we would have to rely on outside regional help. “This addresses my own personal mandate both for Remote and Indigenous First Nations Communities.

The NB CBDC Virtual Adviser Program has just been approved! In the next few months we will help over 225 small businesses by matching them to Virtual Advisers.
A fun point, the North West Territories Government saw a social posting about the Cape Breton Partnership and reached out to us to see if we can help with our Virtual Adviser Program. We will be moving forward with them opening up 60 advisors in Sept.
Plus approved for Government of Ontario Ministry of Aged and Accessibility, so this Company will Explode over the Next Year with all this positive feedback. Plus we at BoomersPlus agrees to conduct candidate searches on behalf of other search firms, with the goal of identifying candidates for specific roles that firm is looking for on behalf of their respective clients to match qualified talent with short to mid-term, projects

Small businesses have been overwhelmed and uncertain about how to navigate the current environment and wish that they had a sounding board to guide them. To help businesses protect their accomplishments and their financial performance, we are connecting our virtual adviser candidates with those needing support and guidance

We have launched a new Program due to COVID-19 but it looks like it will be here to stay moving into a MENTOR program now as well.
Now working with ACOA. Update
The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency works to create opportunities for economic growth in Atlantic Canada with offices in St. John, Moncton and in Fredericton by helping businesses become more competitive and we are rolling out 100 Virtual Advisors into OCOA by next week. This should diversify our position with local economies, and by championing the strengths of Atlantic Canada.

The Virtual Adviser Program will soon be launched all over NB as it has been in NS. more to come as we are talking to Delivery Partners in Ontario, PEI and NL.

We are also working with a number of Ministries Ontario Governments, defining the number of Virtual Advisors needed for (Ministry of Aged & Accessibility) Boomers Plus and the ministry are looking at a minimum of 500 Virtual Advisors for this program.
