A customer asked why we have a corner noted as ‘Levi’s Corner’. Here’s the story.

When we moved from 68 to 82 and our friends (and Presstime Design & Screenprint friends) were moving our embroidery machine, Levi put herself in the corner and bravely held the door. She risked boredom, being squished and the cold, but she survived.

Thank goodness we have a parking lot 😅

If you come up Albina street, we have a sincere parking lot for you to utilize!

ROAD CLOSURE | Starting April 6, West Main Street (Regional Road 27) will be closed from Prince Charles Drive North to Division Street for construction.

This work is part of the West Main Street Area Infrastructure Improvements – Phase 2 project. For more information, visit: https://engagewelland.ca/west-main-street-area-infrastructure-improvements-phase-2

This closure is expected to remain in place until August or September 2026, although timelines may change depending on construction progress and site conditions.

A few important things to know:
🔹 The bridge will remain open
🔹 The closure will begin west of Division Street
🔹 Major intersections will stay open whenever possible
🔹 Short-term closures may be needed at times to complete pipe connections or service work

This work will require full road closures and traffic changes in the area to help keep both workers and the public safe during construction.

Detour routes and signage will be posted to help guide drivers.

We know this kind of work can be disruptive, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as this important project moves forward.

We try to be very cognizant of the fact we now run our business in a building that has business history in welland. A.P. Brown Jewellers Ltd was in business for 114 years. You can feel the history when you walk in. We’ll do them proud, even though we sell t-shirts, not diamonds…

One of the hardest balances as a business owner who primarily works with his wife is the difficult decision to take jobs that mess up the flow of the week. It's the 'multiple hat' mentality. Part of us wants to take the big order, part of us wants to figure out if we can, and part of us wants to just print the shirts we have....
