Today on International Women’s Day, I’m thinking about the incredible women who stand beside us at POP.

The magic behind what we do isn’t just ideas or ex*****on, it’s heart, instinct, experience, and the kind of knowledge that only comes from women who care deeply about their craft.

The way woman move through the world is truly special. There is a ferocity in how we show up, advocate, and lead, but also a softness in how we listen, support, collaborate and create space for others.

Each of the women we work alongside brings a unique skill set and perspective to the table. Different strengths, different experiences, yet somehow those talents intersect in the most beautiful ways. That’s where the magic happens! ✨

What a banner year for POP! These people and many others along the way have made our events shine! There is so much individual talent within our team that inspires Dave and I endlessly! They work hard, take care of us and each other with a special kind of magic!! They bring so many layers of experience, wisdom, humour, dedication and loyalty to the team and we could we are beyond proud and grateful! They faced challenges with grace, troubleshooting in realtime, brought humour to difficult situations, and honestly are the heart & soul of our company! Thank you to our incredible clients , artists, photographers, and supplier partners of 2025! Looking forward to an incredible 2026 and all magic we will create together!!
