We Are Hiring Snow removal technicians!

Positions:
- 1 snow removal crew leader (must have license)
-2 snow removal crew members

Job Summary:

MDG LANDSCAPING is hiring reliable and hard working team members to service and keep residential driveways and walkways clean and safe throughout the winter season, starting November 1st-March 31st

Positions will include a minimum 50 hour pay each month so if it doesn't snow you still get paid, anything over 50 hours of work is additional pay. Positions will also include monthly attendance bonus.

Duties:

-Operate snowblowers, leaf blowers, shovels to clear residential driveways and walkways of snow and ice.

- Must be available on call when it snows and be able to work between the hours of 7am-11pm all winter except Christmas day.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations

-Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to our yard

-Must have a cell phone

-Strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions

-Available to work early mornings/weekends and during every snow event

looking to hire one full time lawn care laborer:

Job Description:

-Position consist of 4-10 hour days Monday - Thursday (weather permitting) from April 15th-November 1st
-being part of a residential lawn mowing crew
-self propelled push mowing, w**d whacking, leaf blowing, raking, etc
- Part time Snow Removal positions will be available November 1st-March 31st

Qualifications:

-must have valid class 5 license and/or be able to get to the daily start location (required)
-General lawn care and landscaping experience is an asset
-Ability to work outdoors for 10 hour days
-Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

Wage:
$18-20 per hour
