Say hello to our latest addition, Cyrus!

Cyrus was one of our Digital Media Design interns from RRC Polytech in April 2025 before he became one of our contract designers! It didn’t take us long to know we wanted to bring him on board full-time. In fact, he just celebrated his 3 months with us!

Here’s a little get-to-know-me memo from our Jr. Designer himself.

“I've always been drawn to creativity ever since I was little, so design felt like the perfect fit. I love creating work that has a purpose and makes an impact. I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I also love the variety that comes with agency life. Every project is different and meaningful, and the hybrid schedule is a great balance between working from home and collaborating face-to-face!

Outside of work, I enjoy music, cozy gaming, my husky, Jasper, and a good trip once in a while—oh and eating sushi.”

In April, we had the pleasure of welcoming four RRC Polytech students into the chaotic world of agency life: graphic design student Ian Peña, digital media design students Maria Esteban and Michele Melendez Gallegos, and Creative Communications ad major Darren Purpur.

We did a thing! Last month, a few of our team members headed to Banff, AB, to support a client conference focused on stewardship, governance, and real leadership. Our agency had the pleasure of handling the conference planning and materials development, and presenting as one of the session speakers. Even more meaningful was the opportunity to spend a week with such a warm and welcoming group of people who are so deeply committed to the work they do.

We're wrapping up for the holidays! Our office will be closed on Christmas Eve, December 24th, and we'll be back, refreshed and ready to take on 2026 come Monday, January 5th.

Everyone say hi to our newest Project Manager, Samantha Hill! It's been a few months already, and we're excited to finally shine the spotlight on her. ⭐

Samantha comes from England, and brings to our team a degree in Neuroscience and a wealth of experience in project management, education, content creation and strategic partnerships. But when she's not answering client questions and keeping everyone on track and updated with project insights, you'll likely find her exploring all that Winnipeg and Canada have to offer — more often than not, outdoors and at ice skating rinks!
