I am so impressed with this woman and her business. Here in Manitoba, we don’t have a lot of sheep farming. The wool industry is a byproduct of the lamb industry. “Wool is an incredible renewable, biodegradable, hygroscopic, hypoallergenic natural fibre. It can also provide many benefits for our soil and plants.”- LWH website.

If you’re in the Canadian lamb industry and burning or destroying your wool clip, contact them to purchase from you.

‼️Manitoba Training Grant is now accepting applications‼️

Do you know how many times agencies like mine are hired for strategy only and then are left wondering who’s going to implement these great ideas?? OR hired with no strategy, because your friend’s kid’s daughter is “good with Instagram” so they got the posting covered.

The best is to get both worlds which is the work I’m involved in most! Buttt… there is another option for businesses that want to grow and keep marketing in house, instead of externally.

We are looking to add to our master list of influencer locals who are skilled at making creative content for our clients.

These creators followers need to be anywhere between 5000-250k, 18+ and have an engaged comment section. Our clients’ industries range, so I’m looking for everyone when doing our reach outs.

It’s pretty easy, because we provide pretty solid direction as per our clients’ marketing strategy but with full creative autonomy from the influencer.

Your next breakthrough might be hiding somewhere, in someone else’s brain. Go meet them. 💛

I bet if you left the house/office/business right now, you could find five people that need what you offer. At the gym, the store, - the next event you go to.

You’re just waiting to be discovered! I absolutely love business, because they’re just ideas that someone gave legs to. You might be the answer to someone’s problems, and they might be the answer to yours.

But you have to get out there. ✨

Look at the next door you walk through as a brand new audience of people that need what you have. And watch what happens 🙌🏼

A few of my training case studies!

Having an entrepreneurial eye in a supportive role doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken- quite the opposite. It’s looking at things from a different perspective and seeing how we can enhance systems, operations and excellence.

With a few tweaks and trainings, we were able to level up these teams- improve operations and efficiencies, and my favourite part, (bring excitement and wellness back to the business)!!

The last two years have been an absolute whirlwind! I feel like a completely different person.

Instagram (ironically, as someone who builds marketing systems for a living lol) became my lowest priority. I’d pop on stories to say I’m looking for a new team member, post a quick event clip, and then disappear 😂

But it was all for the greater good.
