In the weatherization industry, entry-level turnover rates are sky high, and as older employees retire, they’re facing a workforce shortage.
Penn College Workforce Development came to us to help change that.
We developed the “Weather the Future” campaign as a unified recruitment initiative designed to raise awareness of career opportunities in weatherization and connect prospective workers with training programs.
Through digital and print outreach, community partnerships, and a standardized hiring toolkit, we met people where they were and created new pathways into the industry.
The result? An accessible, community-driven campaign that generated excitement around meaningful careers that contribute to a more sustainable future.
