"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain

Authenticity is so rare these days. It seems like most people are afraid to speak their truth or be genuinely honest about what’s really going on in their lives. Vulnerability is often met with resistance, and when someone finally opens up and shows their authentic self, it’s not uncommon for others to turn their backs.

It’s no wonder so many people choose to keep their true feelings hidden, putting on a front as if everything is okay, or just letting things slide instead of speaking up. I see it all the time, and I’ve been on both sides of it—staying silent and wearing a mask, and also being the one who opens up only to face rejection.

But here’s the thing: I will never go back to putting on a mask. I’ve learned that being true to yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable, is the only way to live authentically. It’s not always easy, and it can be lonely at times, but I’d rather face that than hide behind a facade.

Life is too short to pretend. So here’s to speaking our truth, embracing vulnerability, and staying true to who we are, no matter what.

Time to live a life of RADICAL FREEDOM and let go of what's not serving you.

Lost in the beauty of Uluwatu! 🌴🌊✨

Exploring this magical place has been an experience like no other. From stunning beaches to towering cliffs, Uluwatu has it all. I've been soaking up the sun, taking in the breathtaking views, and enjoying the local culture.

The Uluwatu Temple is definitely a must-visit. It's perched on top of a cliff with the Indian Ocean crashing below - an incredible sight to behold. I also went on a hike to explore some hidden beaches and discovered some secret spots for sunset watching.

The food has been amazing too! I've been indulging in fresh seafood and traditional Balinese cuisine. The local people are so friendly and welcoming, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

Uluwatu has truly stolen my heart and I can't wait to come back and explore even more. If you're looking for a beautiful and unique destination, I highly recommend Uluwatu Bali. ❤️🌴 🌴

"Angel Oak", South Carolina 🌳 There's something special about being in nature. Standing beneath the towering branches of this 400-year-old tree, I couldn't help but reflect on life and its fleeting beauty. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but moments like these remind us to slow down and appreciate the simple things. Being surrounded by nature has a way of grounding us, of putting things into perspective. Today, I'm grateful for this reminder and for the chance to connect with the world around me. 🌿

Lions Head is one of the most iconic peaks in Cape Town, South Africa. Rising up to a height of 669 meters, the peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, Table Mountain, and the Atlantic Ocean. Hiking up Lions Head is a popular activity among both locals and tourists alike, and it's not hard to see why.

I recently had the opportunity to hike up Lions Head, and it was an unforgettable experience. The trail is well-maintained and easy to follow, with some sections being quite steep and requiring a moderate level of fitness. But the climb is definitely worth it, as you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

I started my hike early afternoon to get up there for sunset, as the trail can get quite crowded later in the day. The first part of the trail winds through a lush forest, which provides some welcome shade from the sun. As you climb higher, the trees start to thin out, and you'll be treated to some incredible views of Cape Town and the ocean below.

The final ascent up Lions Head involves a bit of scrambling, but it's nothing too challenging. Once you reach the summit, you'll be greeted with breathtaking 360-degree views of the city and surrounding landscape. You can see Table Mountain to the south, Robben Island to the west, and the Twelve Apostles mountain range to the north.

I spent some time at the top of Lions Head, taking in the incredible views and enjoying the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing the hike. There were plenty of other hikers up there, and it was fun to chat with people from all over the world.

Overall, hiking up Lions Head was an incredible experience, and one that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cape Town. The views are truly spectacular, and the sense of achievement that comes with completing the hike is hard to beat. Just make sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen, as it can get quite hot and sunny up there!
