Dear friend,
I know that right now, things may seem bleak. It can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and that no matter what you do, nothing will ever get better. But I want you to know that this isn't true.
It's okay to feel pain, to feel lost, to feel like you've failed. Everyone experiences these feelings at some point in their lives. The important thing to remember is that no matter how hard things get, you are strong enough to get through it.
Take some time for yourself. Do something that makes you happy, even if it's just for a few minutes. Maybe take a walk, or read a book, or watch a movie. Anything that helps to take your mind off of the pain and helps you to relax.
Surround yourself with people who care about you and who are supportive. They can help you to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and remind you that there is hope.
You are not alone in this. There are people who understand what you are going through, and who will be there to help you through it. You are worth more than you can imagine, and you will get through this.
