Tipi Tip කන්න හොදයි කියලද හිතන්නේ ??

Through this "උස්වත්ත ටිපි ටිප් මේ අපේ කතාවයි" video advertisement can be noticed they have identified the barrier. I believe that most of the consumers are not aware that the Uswatte Tipi Tip is produced using ඉරිගු. Thus, I think some consumers have a negative perception as මේවා කන්න හොද නෑ, මේවා chemical දාලා හදන්නේ like wise.

I think that if the Uswatte Tipi Tip can inform the consumers regarding their ingredients and the production process, it's beneficial for the brand.

Thus, I believe this was a much-needed advertisement for the brand.

I also saw that Uswatte Confectionery Works - Pvt. Ltd (උස්වත්ත Tipi Tip) has made a video on Harendra Jayalal's YouTube channel explaining their production process.

"මම තාම මේ කලාවට අලුත් නිසා 75,000 වටින Tattoo එක 40,000 වගේ අඩු මුදලකට කරන්නේ" කියපුවහම ඔයාගේ Customer ට පටන් ගද්දිම ඔයාගේ service එක ගැන confidence නැති ගතියක්, doubt එකක් ඔයාම create කරනවා. ඉතින් එතකොට ඔයා මේ දේ communicate කරන විදිහ නිසා මේ post එකෙන් ඔයාගේ service එකට, ඔයා හදන්න යන brand එකට negative impact එකක් වෙනවා.

ඔයා මේ post එකේ පහලින් කියනවා "ඔයාගේ හිතේ තියන tatto එක ඒ විදිහටම නිර්මාණය කරගන්න පුලුවන් "කියලා, ඒත් ඔයා මුලින්ම customer ගේ mind එකේ doubt එකක් නිර්මාණය කරලා ඉවරයි. ඒ නිසා customer දෙපාරක් හිතන්න ඉඩ තියෙනවා මගේ හිතේ තියන Tatto එක ඒ විදිහටම මට මෙයාගෙන් කරගන්න පුලුවන් වෙයිද කියලා, මොකද ඔයා මේ කලාවට අලුත් නිසා අඩු මුදලකට ඔයා මේ serivce එක දෙනවා කියලම මුලින් කියන නිසා.

ඔයා මේ මිල අඩුකිරීම "කලාවට අලුත් නිසා අඩුවට කරනවා" කියන්නේ නැතුව මේක මාසයක් හරි දෙකක් හරි තියෙන Special Offer එකක් විදිහට ඔයාගේ customer ට Communicate කලොත් ඔයාට ගන්න පුලුවන් positive impact එක ගොඩක් වැඩියි.
