Best Foods at Baseball Stadiums – United States Professional Baseball League / Eastside Diamond Hoppers Edition

One stadium. Four teams. Hungry Howie’s pizza, burnt ends, and one of the most family-focused baseball experiences I had all season.

This stop was game 71 in my attempt to set a world record for the most professional baseball stadiums attended in a single season.

The Eastside Diamond Hoppers play in the United States Professional Baseball League, an independent pro league where four teams all share UWM Field in Utica, Michigan.

Best Foods at Baseball Stadiums – Tri-City ValleyCats Edition

This game wasn't on my schedule. A last-minute change of plans turned into a two-and-a-half-hour drive to Troy, and I walked into Joseph L. Bruno Stadium midway through the ValleyCats' final home game of the season.

This stop was game 70 in my attempt to set a world record for the most professional baseball stadiums attended in a single season.

The Tri-City ValleyCats play in the independent Frontier League. The place was packed for the final home game, and between SouthPaw, the in-game entertainment, the crowd and the fireworks, they gave me a pretty great reason to be glad I made the drive.

Best Foods at Baseball Stadiums – Long Island Ducks Edition

Come for the baseball. Stay for QuackerJack. Between legit stadium food, a seriously entertaining mascot and fun promos, the Ducks deliver a really fun night at the ballpark. And around here, you do what the duck says.

This stop was game 69 in my attempt to set a world record for the most professional baseball stadiums attended in a single season.

The Long Island Ducks play in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, an MLB Professional Partner League. They’ve been playing on Long Island since 2000 and have won four league championships.

They are the High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, playing in the South Atlantic League.

I started my baseball season and world record run this year during their opening week and stopped back in several times including last night as they kicked off their final home stand of the year.
