🎨 Artwork: The Forever War
📐 Size: 90 × 70 cm
👩‍🎨 Artist: Joanna 3D Art
🇵🇱 Poland at 195XGlobal

The Forever War is an intense 3D mixed-media artwork that makes the endless cycle of destruction and hope visible.
Fire, embers, and heat rise from the depths, while cool blues and luminous structures hover above a powerful contrast between chaos and calm, violence and silence.

Through sculptural structures on canvas, flowing movements of color, and strong contrasts, a visual world emerges that is charged with tension and emotional force.
The artwork symbolizes conflicts that never fully end both externally and within ourselves and reflects humanity’s enduring desire for peace despite fractures and turmoil.

The Forever War does not depict a single war. Instead, it stands as a universal image of the ongoing struggle between destruction and preservation, fear and hope, darkness and light.

🎨 Artwork: “Unwritten Conversations”
Mixed media on canvas · 40 × 50 × 3 cm
By Jade B. · Australia at 195XGlobal

Unwritten Conversations is a powerful mixed media artwork exploring womanhood and emotional identity through layered portraiture.
Created with acrylic, charcoal, graphite, and collage, the piece unfolds like an inner dialogue — raw, honest, and deeply human.

Overlapping lines and vibrant colors collide, revealing inner complexity, resilience, and transformation. Faces emerge and dissolve again, symbolizing unspoken thoughts and lived experiences that do not need words to be felt.

This artwork does not seek clear answers.
Instead, it opens a space for emotions that live beneath the surface — for conversations we have with ourselves, shaped by growth, strength, and vulnerability.

🎨 Artwork: Festival of Masks
Oil and enamel on hardboard · 120 × 80 cm
By Gaios Kokkinidis · Representing Italy at 195XGlobal

A Venetian carnival brought to life through form, color, and tradition.
In Festival of Masks, Gaios Kokkinidis captures a festive scene set within an aristocratic Venetian interior, with views of the Grand Canal glimmering in the background.

At the heart of the painting: the iconic masked figures of Italy’s Commedia dell’arte.
From left to right: Balanzone, Colombina, Arlecchino, Rosaura, Pulcinella, Capitan Spavento, and Pantalone.

Each character embodies a theatrical archetype humorous, tragic, romantic, cunning echoing stories of identity, expression, and the masks we wear.

The vivid colors and dynamic composition transform this moment into a celebration of cultural memory and performance a timeless dance between joy, tradition, and human complexity.

🎨 Artwork: Democracy Dress
Reworked linen garment with embroidery and text
By Kathrin Stalder · Representing Switzerland at 195XGlobal

The Democracy Dress was born from a deeply personal concern
the feeling that democracy is increasingly under threat worldwide,
and the desire to no longer remain powerless.

An old linen nightgown becomes a carrier of words:
quotes about freedom, responsibility, and human dignity
made visible and readable for all.

But this work does not hang on a wall.
It is worn.

At Art Basel 2025, Kathrin Stalder moved slowly through public space.
People stopped, read, asked questions, and expressed gratitude.

Within 195XGlobal, the Democracy Dress is not simply exhibited
it is lived.
Worn during the opening, the closing, and throughout the exhibition.

Quiet. Moving. Approachable.

A work that not only shows what is at stake
but confronts us with it directly.

🎨 Artwork: Sororité (Female Solidarity)
Acrylic and collage on canvas · 100 × 70 cm · 2025
By Hiba Samah · Representing Togo at 195XGlobal

In Sororité, Hiba Samah celebrates female solidarity — a space where women support one another, listen deeply, and rise together. The artwork becomes a pact of love and strength: understanding without judgment, supporting without domination, sharing without expectation.

Through layered figures, gestures, and presence, the composition speaks of unity and collective resilience. Adinkra symbols and figurative elements in the background are not decorative; they carry ancestral wisdom and embody values of protection, shared wealth, and mutual support. Together, they form a visual language rooted in community and inherited strength.

This collaborative creation invites every viewer to enter a world where feminine solidarity is honored — where each symbol carries a powerful and inspiring message. Sororité is not only a reflection of unity, but a reminder of the unstoppable force that emerges when women uplift one another.

In JESUS, János Megyeri expresses a profound dialogue between faith, humanity, and the divine. Rooted in classical form and spiritual depth, the sculpture embodies humility, devotion, and the power of creation.

The bronze-like surface captures and reflects light in a way that feels almost sacred as if prayer itself had taken physical form. Strength and compassion coexist within the figure, creating a quiet yet powerful presence.

Through this work, János Megyeri transforms material into meaning, inviting the viewer into a moment of stillness and reflection. JESUS becomes more than a sculpture it is a space for contemplation, a bridge between the human soul and something greater.

By Annas Daymares · Representing Germany at 195XGlobal

In Peace, Annas Daymares invites us into a dreamlike world shaped by emotion, imagination, and inner transformation. Her work unfolds as a layered visual narrative, where reality and fantasy merge into a deeply personal landscape.

Rich in detail and symbolism, the composition reflects a profound longing for peace not only in the world around us, but within ourselves. Each element becomes part of a larger story, guiding the viewer through themes of hope, strength, and self-discovery.

🎨 Artwork: “Shelter and Resilience”
A3 · Watercolor and ink
By Rosa Sebastiá Asensi · Representing Spain at 195XGlobal

In “Shelter and Resilience,” Rosa Sebastiá Asensi explores peace as a fundamental human right: the right to a home.

The work is deeply rooted in her humanitarian experience. As the Director of a humanitarian organization in Valencia, she understands the realities of insecurity, loss, and rebuilding not only from theory but from lived practice. This perspective directly shapes her visual language.

Fine ink lines create structure evoking architecture, shelter, and the fragile framework of safety. Over them flows watercolor: soft, fluid, and vulnerable. Between control and dissolution, a tension emerges that reflects both the fragility of human existence and its extraordinary capacity for resilience.

Here, “home” is more than a physical space. It is dignity. It is protection. It is identity.

Rosa Sebastiá Asensi reveals that peace does not exist only in political agreements it begins in the tangible protection of a roof, in stability, in belonging. “Shelter and Resilience” is therefore not only an artistic statement, but a quiet appeal to shared humanity.
