Ernsky is a Mexican visual artist and professional guitarist based in Zurich, Switzerland. His artistic practice moves between music and painting, where rhythm, improvisation, and intuition become essential elements of visual expression.
From an early age, he was introduced to art through his father, a painter and artisan, whose creative environment shaped his relationship with drawing and visual thinking. Since 2014, Ernsky has developed a distinctive artistic language built on spontaneity, movement, and discovery.
Working with ink, markers, and acrylic on paper, cardboard, and canvas, he allows forms, figures, and organic structures to emerge naturally through the creative process. Rather than beginning with a fixed image, his works evolve intuitively, revealing their own visual narratives over time.
His long experience as a jazz and improvisational guitarist deeply influences his artistic approach. Rhythm, silence, balance, and movement flow through his compositions, transforming lines and shapes into visual echoes of musical expression.
Exhibitions of his work have included Galerie Brigitte Leupin in Basel, Switzerland, and Galerie Kulturparkett in Jona-Rapperswil, Switzerland.
As Mexico’s representative in 195XGlobal, Ernsky brings more than painting, he creates a dialogue between sound, intuition, and image, where improvisation becomes form and movement becomes meaning.
