For new joiners I write about AI product management, the Swiss Banking & IT, what certifications to pass, what skills to develop, and how to survive in a very competitive environment.
Also I share my experiments with Gen AI, prompts I use + AI tools.

Why me:
After obtaining my bachelor degree in Physics and master degree in System analysis and Management, in 2011 Ive been successfully raised seed investments for my first startup and started my career in Spain.

After that I was working in IT, operating with Cisco, VMware, Oracle and its solutions for hybrid and cloud infrastructure.

My financial experience has been commenced in 2016 at a global Investment company. I’ve launched financial products and projects in more than 30 countries and languages.

Nowadays being located in Switzerland, I bring 14 years of international experience with a focus on IT and Banking. At the current company I do wear many hats playing roles like:

💼 Consultant for ESG Investing products and programs;
💼 Consultant for Analytics and Behaviour Tracking;
💼 Can be Product manager / IT Project manager. A specific role depends on a bank and its projects.
💼 Go to Market strategy and International Marketing Consultant.

By now I’m:
📚 certified in Investment Foundations by CFA Institute.
📚 certified Scrum Product Owner
📚 certified Agile Project Manager,
📚 certified SAFe Agilist,
📚 certified in Microsoft Azure.
📚 certified in Google Analytics and all kind of ads (context, display, media, shopping, video)
And do speak 🇩🇪 German too.

Working on a cutting edge platform of AI business agents and assistants that encompasses Finance, Controlling, Fraud and Data anomalies detection, Risk and Compliance Reporting including ESG and CSR, slowly im getting crazy!

When you have 1 business agent, 1 use case, 1 industry - 1 demo about it - it’s SO easy to cope with,
but when you have more, and every next is more complex then previous, scaling is getting a question of team capability and I have to wear all possible roles (thinking like clients, users, AI platform creator, dev, UX, etc) in-between.

Sometimes I think, I know how people earn schizophrenia.
I have no time to do anything else, like get yet another certification, learn German further or even proceed with CFA, barely can post in media.

Hence, im inspired that around the entire world (not even in Switzerland), only a few companies do the same what I do with my AI platform.

Yes in the next year such platforms will be like mushrooms after rain.

Creating a suite of AI products that touches everything from Finance (Investments), Fraud & Anomaly Detection, to ESG Compliance Reporting is no small feat. It requires relentless focus, a deep understanding of data, and constant innovation.

🏔️ But sometimes, i feel I’m stuck, the best way to solve complex problems is to step away. For me, that means strapping on my snowboard and heading into the Swiss Alps.

Those moments of distraction—feeling the crisp mountain air and embracing the flow of the slopes—help reset my perspective and spark creativity. They remind me that breakthroughs often happen when the mind has room to breathe.

💡Because balance isn’t just about work and play; it’s about giving your best to both.
