قبل أيام نشر مركز Syria Monitor تقييماً أمنياً أشار إلى ارتفاع مستوى خطورة نشاط تنظيم داعش في مدينة الرقة ومحيطها، استناداً إلى معطيات ميدانية ومؤشرات رصد تم جمعها وتحليلها من مصادر متعددة.

اليوم، شهدت مدينة الرقة هجوماً انتحارياً استهدف مقراً أمنياً للأمن العام، في حادثة تعكس استمرار قدرة التنظيم على تنفيذ عمليات داخل المدينة رغم الجهود الأمنية المستمرة.

لا يهدف الرصد الأمني إلى إثارة القلق أو التهويل، بل إلى قراءة المؤشرات الميدانية وتحليلها بشكل مهني للمساعدة في فهم التهديدات المحتملة قبل وقوعها.
