Job description:
•Responsible for the Front Desk.
•Manage procurement, distribution and storage of office equipment and supplies
•Manage office budget and suppliers (Cleaning,housekeeping, etc)
•Control and operate business travel policy, travel administration and ex*****on
•Perform welfare activities - Planning, organizing and managing company events
•Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mails for the Human Resources department.
Requirements:
•At least 1 year experience in office administrative management – mandatory
•Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
•Work experience in finance or a related field (an advantage)
•Full knowledge in office- mandatory
•First-degree- mandatory
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Fluent English is required, both verbal and written.
Location: Ramat-Gan, Part time (70%) - 09:30-15:30
