This summer, we celebrated a birthday over a magical weekend, turning a beautiful park into a journey through the many stories that shaped his life.

From England to the Caribbean, from the US to Geneva, each universe we created reflected a chapter of his world: bohemian lounges, vibrant music, golf greens, festive corners, and moments of pure joy shared across generations.

Thanks to the loving guidance of his partner, some elements remained beautifully secret : a surprise that moved him and his guests in the most heartfelt way.

Crafting a celebration that felt like him, across two unforgettable evenings and a sunlit brunch.

For the birthday of a truly wonderful gentleman, we imagined not just an event, but a trilogy of moments, each shaped with precision, warmth and heartfelt intentions.

Across two nights, each with its own rhythm, surprises and emotional crescendos, and a brunch bathed in gentle morning light, we curated an experience where every detail echoed his personality, his humour, his elegance, his way of bringing people together.

Our role was to listen deeply, interpret faithfully, and orchestrate seamlessly.
To weave emotion into the structure of each moment, so that joy could rise naturally, beautifully, until it moved him to tears. With heartfelt thanks to his wife and daughters, whose trust, insights and tender guidance allowed us to shape an event perfectly aligned with his deepest, unspoken wishes.

🪄 Beneath the gilded ceilings of Geneva’s Grand Théâtre, the grand dinner marked a major corporate milestone.

For this private dinner, our mission was clear: to celebrate a remarkable corporate anniversary in a setting both majestic and discreet. At the heart of the project was the transformation of the venue into a true showcase, while crafting a refined, understated, and deeply exclusive experience for over 120 guests, in partnership with a renowned caterer.

Challenges reflected the grandeur of the venue: strict safety and confidentiality standards, limited space for scenic moments, and the specific constraints of a heritage building. Every technical and operational decision honored the spirit of the location while ensuring a seamless and spectacular guest journey.

LIVE Teams managed the planning, production, and ex*****on of the concert dinner alongside the venue’s representatives and other industry partners, aligning every detail with the site’s architectural features. Custom choreographed performances engaged with the space, punctuating the evening with moments where time seemed to stand still. This event was conceived as a true staging, serving a rare and lasting emotion, in an atmosphere both prestigious and intimate.
