Sometimes we create content from a real place — a question a client asked, something we genuinely want to share, an experience that taught us something.

And sometimes we create from anxiety — the pressure to post, to stay visible, to prove we know what we’re doing.

If it’s for your audience → record it, even imperfectly (especially imperfectly!)

If it’s for your anxiety → put the phone down. Take a breath. Go back to who you’re doing this for - your clients? Your children? Your future self?
