Poster for NEUBAD SLAM, SA 18.05.24 - 20:00 Uhr im Pool, Luzern.

We created this visual several months ago, using the word ‘SLAM’ as an onomatopoeia. In fact, this word is found in several comics to represent a sound effect.

We aimed to incorporate our references to Japanese comics. The visual is influenced by the visual language of manga, those that captivated us during our childhood and continue to inspire us even now.

This visual evolved into a tribute. Thank you for everything, Akira Toriyama, for your influence on us ⚡️
