A Chef's Kiss. So it happens that one of our latest projects at Journee - Digital at Ease centers on a delicious lobster rolls pop-up at Hotel St. Gotthard in Zürich. Our job: to make this pop-up POP!
Juicy pieces of lobster meat in a home-made buttery bun already sounds mouth watering so, what could we bring to the table? Guidelines for an integrated marketing strategy with a core focus on digital, a curated audience targeting, planning and delivery of a social media campaign aimed to spice it all up.
The result of this team work: they are selling like hotcakes ... sorry, rolls!
A most delightful collaboration with the team at Hotel St. Gotthard and, of course, everyone in the kitchen and on the service side.
Due to high demand the pop-up turned into a summer hit - the team will keep rolling all summer long. A must try when one's in a mood for comfort-food.
