Deux jours. 15 individus. 45 minutes par projet. Une immersion dans l’univers du pour accompagner les étudiants autour du dans le cadre d’un projet qu’ils développent pour le nouveau QG de QoQa.

Deux jours de rencontres, d'écoute, et d’échanges pour souligner l’importance d’une stratégie narrative, d’une promesse cohérente, d’une raison d’être, d’un fil rouge, et parfois, du besoin et défis de simplifier. Less is more, as they say.

15 projets et personnes très singulières, mais reliées par cette envie, même besoin, de rassembler et de se reconnecter (et pas forcément dans le sens digital), mais à soi, à autrui, à la nature. De se nourrir d’humanité et de partage.

Ils m’ont fait voyager dans des univers bien différents. Cela m’a mis l’eau à la bouche. Merci et je leur souhaite le meilleur pour la suite de leurs histoires…

People need role models. For inspiration. For direction. For self-confidence. It’s been said before, but representation matters.

Having and seeing women of all kinds take on a multitude of different roles, in all industries, matters. Seeing other women succeed at things we are curious or passionate about, gives us a path to follow, a belief we can do and be that too, and a drive to do it.

I truly believe it’s an exciting time where we are seeing more diverse and positive role models than ever before. Let’s celebrate that! Today on , but especially every.other.darn.day!

Because we all can choose. We can choose to perpetuate gendered stereotypes and norms. Or we can choose to challenge. To lead. To set the tone. One word, image, voice, woman, at a time.

We can choose not just what we say or who we show, but how we say it, and how we show them, where and when. It’s about the story we’re telling. Not solely the number of women in it or not.

So, what story do you want to tell? And who’s in it?

Words matter. That includes pronouns, which - whether we think about it or not - are powerful affirmations of our gender identity.
If you are committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in your team or organisation, don't make assumptions about a person's gender identity based on their appearance. Ask. Use the correct pronouns. And be a good ally by listing your pronouns in your bio or email signature to normalise the practice.
It’s a detail, but details make the difference. And this one communicates an inclusive environment and celebrates peoples multiple, intersecting identities.

« A diamond is a chunk of coal that did well under pressure. »
— Henry Kissinger

NB communication turned one last week! And while not quite a diamond nor rolling in diamonds, this quote speaks to me as I reflect on the past year of being a fully-fledged independent.

A year of being entirely self-reliant and self-sufficient.
A year of navigating stormy waters, moving clouds, and glimpsing bright rainbows.
A year of facing fear in the face and remaining resilient despite the self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

Of saying ‘fcuk it!’ and ‘why not?’
Of crying and brimming with excitement.
Of being uncomfortable and yet at ‘home’.

A year of knowing that I am exactly where I should be, even if I’m not entirely sure of where I am going.

Merci for following, caring, trusting, supporting. I look forward to writing chapter two of this wonderful adventure.

NB communication turned 1️⃣ this week!🍾🥂

It has been a turbulent journey with life throwing us more than one curveball along the way - hello - but so proud to still be standing.

Thank you to the clients, friends and followers that have shown kindness, trust and support. You have all played an instrumental part in helping me - Nadia - write the first chapter of this story.

This means take into account the different ways that different genders may experience the results of your decision and your communication.
By doing this, you create the conditions for greater inclusion and may uncover new opportunities i.e. it’s good practice, and good for business.

A bit of inspiration in this era of . Of confinement and gradual deconfinement. Of old ways versus new ways.

Because there is only so much you can control. So rather than angst on what is beyond your control, focus on what you can. Choose your attitude, your perception and your response to challenging situations.
