DEINE AUFGABEN

Selbständige Führung, Überwachung und Umsetzung von Event- und Live Communication Projekten
Projektführung von temporären Architekturen
Kalkulation und AVOR
Umsetzung der Projekte nach Konzeptvorgaben
Projektführung Gross- und Publik Events
Entwicklung von Regie- und Ablaufpläne
Führung und Mitarbeit bei Projektausschreibungen
Überwachung und Steuerung des Produktionsplanes und des Budgets
Einkauf von Drittleistungen (kreative, logistische oder technische Leistungen)
Kundenkontakt und Führung
Fachliche Führung vom Projektteam und von Partnern


DEIN PROFIL

Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich Event, Inszenierung oder Hospitality
Berufsberatung in Konstruktion und Eventproduktion
Mindestens 3 Jahre Event-Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in einer führenden Agentur
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Leadership Qualität
Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
Gepflegtes Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Affinität zu Kreativität und Innovation

Dein Haupteinsatzort ist unsere Agentur in Zürich am Bellevue. Du wirst aber auch an den verschiedenen
Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland vor Ort sein, um das Team mit deinem Engagement tatkräftig zu unterstützen.

Did you know that only 15% of the approx. 660'000 biographies on the German Wikipedia are about women? The edit-a-thon "Women for Wikipedia" is here to change that.

Brandsoul redesigned the entire visual identity, covering everything from the logo to the website. The objective of the redesign was to raise awareness and put the spotlight on the edit-a-thon, by creating an integrated and fresh look.

Brandsoul was commissioned with the organization of the “Sternenwochen” Awards Ceremony.

Together with UNICEF, the creative agency implemented an online event that focused on the children. The digital event was hosted by Sandra Studer and Swiss celebrities such as Stefanie Heinzmann, Kurt Aeschbacher, Divertimento and Andrew Bond were present to announce the winners for the most creative fundraising ideas and honored the young artists with a laudation.

Brandsoul has been prepping the two platforms «Mynd» and «MyDiabCheck» to be fit for a successful social media appearance.

The creative agency has developed specific communication strategies for the platforms, which have been tailored to the individual target groups. The area of responsibility for the creative agency includes the full implementation of the developed strategies, including storytelling and content production (imagery, video content and graphic design).

Brandsoul macht die beiden Plattformen «Mynd» und «MyDiabCheck» von Groupe Mutuel fit für Social Media. Die Kreativagentur arbeitete Kommunikationsstrategien für die beiden Plattformen des nationalen Versicherers aus und ist für die Content-Produktion auf allen Kanälen verantwortlich.
