So, ClickUp's 30day chat history limit for its FREE plan officially puts a damp on it being our recommended tool for small organisations who can't afford a $12/month/user plan...

Communication is a big part of collaborative work, not being able to access 30-day chat history is just not okay.

CU is still a very Recommended tool though (for it's whiteboarding, agile integrations, etc.
