My very first project of the year 2025 - Cecil Homecare Services Website. (cecilhomecareservices.org)
At the beginning of this year a homecare agency known as Cecil Homecare Services based in the UK came to Lyftsoft Technologies asking if we can come up with a website solution for their business that will help fix some of the challenges they are facing and I was like you came to the right place.
Here’s what they needed, and how we delivered.
1. Their Challenges
They needed a site that builds trust and credibility, showing certifications, giving a professional and caring image, and letting prospective clients feel confident.
They wanted to generate leads, make it easy for visitors to book services or reach out, whether for caregiving services or supported-living.
They needed to explain their services clearly, from domiciliary care to dementia support, living-in care, respite, supported living, etc. Many families and individuals need clarity before they call.
They aim to recruit caregivers as well, so there should be a simple way for caregivers to apply, download forms, and join the team.
And obviously, easy contact options: phone, email, or quick online forms.
2. How our solution solves It
The homepage immediately builds trust: it highlights that services are “CQC regulated,” presents a compassionate mission and vision, and displays real testimonials from existing clients.
We added a “Book Appointment” contact form on the homepage, making lead generation simple and intuitive: visitors can easily select services, provide contact info, and request an appointment.
The “Services” section clearly outlines all service offerings (personal care, domiciliary care, dementia care, supported living, sensory impairments, etc.), making it easy for potential clients to understand exactly what’s available.
For caregivers, there are dedicated Careers / Apply Now page with a downloadable application form, making recruitment straightforward and accessible.
Contact details (phone, email, office address) are clearly visible, ensuring easy access for both clients and applicants.
We didn't just stop there because at Lyftsoft Technologies we give our clients the best. We went further to submit the website to Google search console for indexing and ranking, we also created a Google business profile for the client which made sure a search engine like Google will prioritize and display the website when customers search for the business services.

Cecil is now equipped with a professional, trustworthy, and functional website one that reflects their values of care, compassion, safety and responsiveness. They have a clear channel for clients to reach out for support and caregivers to join the team. The design and structure build credibility and make the service feel real, trusted, and accessible.
They are also equipped with a solid Google business profile which can receive reviews from customers and also put the clients business ahead of its competitors.
