TikTok Shop has recently launched the latest rules for negative review appeals and document submission, providing sellers with a clearer and more efficient processing path:
π Appeals are allowed for negative reviews that are "not the seller's responsibility" or involve "resolved issues"
π For product/shop penalties, appeals can be filed for historical negative reviews within the corresponding time frames respectively
π The coverage rate of appeal materials must reach over 50%, with results fed back within as fast as one week
π Each penalty can be appealed at most twice, with clear mechanisms for restoring permissions and revoking penalties
