In time of crisis, double down on social listening.
Last week, we launched a social campaign for DiDi, the leading car hailing company in China, to compare the change in the interactions between DiDi drivers and DiDi passengers.
The repetitive patterns of those interactions have been transformed by the recent outbreak, leading to some unexpected conversations.
The featured scenes presented with light and humorous tonality successfully connected with DiDi target audience and supported their positioning as a brand who cares and understands its drivers and passengers.
