Install the wall-mounted machine nozzle by yourself? Keep these detailed steps handy
First arrange the wiring harness of the trolley head according to the marks to ensure the wiring harness is free of twisting and dislocation, laying the groundwork for replacing the print head wiring harness later.
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws securing the sprinkler head, then carefully remove the sprinkler head from the small trolley bracket to prevent damage to the sprinkler components.
Remove the old cable ribbon from the shower head, distinguish the positions of the upper and lower cable ribbons according to the marks to avoid confusion during subsequent installation.
Insert the new flat cable into the corresponding interface of the print head in the correct direction, make sure the cable is fully plugged in for good contact.
Reinstall the print head with the new cable installed back onto the carriage bracket, tighten the fixing screws with a screwdriver, and ensure the print head is securely mounted.
Finally, organize and secure the cable wires to the trolley head with adhesive tape to prevent the wires from shaking during equipment operation, completing the entire nozzle installation process.
