[Russia Recruitment] Marketing Manager:

Responsibility
- Responsible for maximizing media exposure and UCWeb brand awareness through targeted marketing activities
- All kinds of marketing communications (online and offline), evaluating channel efficiency
- Develop positioning and messaging for brand, provides strategic view over external UCWeb communications
- Manage external agency team resources
- Marketing analytics: competitors’ reports, market share, content analytics, audience in depth analytics, brand metrics
- Marketing research (brand awareness, qualitative/quantitate surveys)
- Email marketing responsibilities
- PR (IT community and Public community) - mass-media communications, press-releases, public events, conferences etc.

Requirement
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations
- 3-5 years experience of marketing program management, product marketing and online marketing
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent technology/online/mobile industry experience
- Experience with vast offline and online marketing channels, planned and executed several country-wide promotional campaigns

[Indonesia Recruitment] Marketing Communications Manager:

Responsibility:
－Define Indonesia Product communications strategy, planning and ex*****on for UC Browser in Indonesia based on company strategy and objectives
－Ideate, propose, plan and execute integrated marcom activities based on product KSPs, industry trends and Indonesia market-specific character
－Create brand and product content and press materials (news releases, feature articles, etc.)
－Build and maintain good relation with local and regional media; Increase media coverage to
－Increase brand/product awareness and preference－Develop and implement social media activities;
－Manage KOL engagements with good ROI－Media monitoring and analysis－Timely and effectively handle public relations crisis

Job Requirements:
－Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field－3-5 years marketing communications experience at a tech, internet and/or multinational company
－Demonstrated ability to plan and execute creative integrated marcom campaigns (need to provide examples)
－Strong writing / content creation skills (need to provide examples)
－Experienced in Indonesia media relations; existing media contacts is a plus
－Experienced in social media marketing
－Excellent communication skills; able to handle crisis and emergencies
－Excellent command of Indonesian both in speaking and writing; Fluent English is strongly preferred
－Objective-driven, self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast-growing working environment

Location: Jakarta (Requires 10-20% business travel time)
