April 24–25, Allstar Communications invited Chef Xu Lei of BREEZE, a Black Pearl One-Diamond restaurant from Hangzhou, to guest at the Chairman’s Club at Wynn Palace. Using Western cuisine as a foundation, Chef Xu integrates Jiangnan ingredients and sensibilities, presenting a distinctive East-meets-West menu that brings a refreshing and surprising borderless dining experience.

From April 17 to 18, Allstar Communications invites Chef Tang Xianyin of Mixun, recipient of both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star in Chengdu, to collaborate with Chef Kevin Zhu, Executive Chef of LVP at Wynn Palace Macau, for a limited-time four-hands dining experience.
Blending vegetarian cuisine with Jiangnan flavors, the two chefs showcase seasonal ingredients through refined techniques, presenting a harmonious encounter between mindful plant-based gastronomy and the elegance of Jiangnan cuisine.

From March 27 to 28, Shida Culture invited Chef Ku Chi Fai, Executive Chef of the Michelin one-star and Black Pearl one-diamond restaurant Beijing Kitchen, to Wynn Macau. He joined Chef Chan Tak Kwong of the Michelin two-star restaurant Wing Lei for an exclusive four-hands dinner.

Bringing together two masters of Cantonese cuisine, the collaboration showcased exceptional craftsmanship and the pinnacle of flavor, beautifully expressing the depth, heritage, and timeless classics of Cantonese gastronomy in an unforgettable dining experience.

On this special occasion, Allstar Communications brought together Jaime Ortolk, chef of Fireside—one of the world’s 101 Exceptional Steak Restaurants—and Helder Sequeira Amaral, Executive Chef of SW Steakhouse at Wynn Palace Macau. Together they presented a four-hands dinner where refined technique met the elemental power of fire. Premium beef, shaped by flame, unfolded deep and smoky flavors, while carefully selected seafood added brightness and balance—creating an evening where fire and flavor came together in elegant harmony.

2025 WynnGuest Chef Series Annual Recap

Allstar Communications and Wynn Resorts Macau proudly mark the fourth year of collaboration. Since May 2023, we have jointly curated the year-round Wynn Guest Chef Series, presenting refined and diverse dining experiences for guests.

In 2025, we were honored to welcome over 20 acclaimed restaurants and chefs from across Asia. From Asia’s 50 Best, Michelin-starred and Black Pearl–awarded establishments, to a wide spectrum of culinary traditions spanning Chinese regional cuisines, Japanese gastronomy, as well as classic French and Italian fare—each guest chef event was a chapter of flavor, thoughtfully created with sincerity and craft.

Our heartfelt thanks to Wynn Resorts Macau and all participating chefs and restaurants.

We look forward to continuing this journey in 2026, crafting many more memorable chapters together.

The World’s Most Famous Onigiri Expert at Tekka 🍙
On December 6–7, Allstar Communications presented an exclusive two-night onigiri pop-up at Tekka, Wynn Macau, featuring Chef Kiso Taro of Zen Yameya (膳 八女や), widely regarded as the world’s top onigiri craftsman.
The menu opened with authentic Yame Hon Gyokuro and moved through signature dishes highlighting delicate, fresh, and rich Japanese flavors. The experience concluded with Chef Taro’s live presentation of his signature “supreme rice ball,” made with Kyushu rice cooked in a traditional clay pot and paired with crisp tonkatsu — a warm and memorable finale.

世界第一飯團達人x 彤 Tekka🍙
12月6日至7日,食達文化邀請來自日本福岡、被譽為「世界頂級飯糰達人」的「膳 八女や」行政主廚兼主理人木曾太郎,於永利澳門「彤 Tekka」餐廳獻上兩晚限定的手作飯糰饗宴。整套菜單以「米與季節風物」為核心主軸,從八女傳統本玉露揭開序幕,透過酒蒸九繪魚、柚子釜等代表性料理,鋪陳溫潤細膩的味覺基調,呈現清雅、鮮甜與濃郁交錯的日式季節風味。
同時帶來最具代表性的「飯糰現場演繹」,以陶鍋細火炊煮的九州米飯,搭配炸豬扒等配菜,讓米香、溫度與職人掌心的溫柔在餐桌上緩緩展開,為限定饗宴畫下動人的句點。

Allstar Communications brings Chef Kiso Taro — Executive Chef and owner of Zen Yameya(膳 八女や), hailed as the world’s top onigiri craftsman — for an exclusive two-night pop-up that will redefine how you experience onigiri.

Chef Taro will present his signature “supreme rice ball,” crafted with Kyushu’s finest rice cooked in a traditional clay pot and gently shaped with seasonal ingredients from Japan’s lush Chikugo region. Warm, fragrant, and delicate .

On November 21 and 22, Allstar Communications invited Executive Chef Adam Wong of Forum Restaurant to Macau for a special four-hands collaboration with Executive Chef Chan Tak Kwong of Wing Lei.
Together, the chefs crafted an unforgettable Cantonese feast, uniting Hong Kong’s timeless culinary heritage with Macau’s refined Cantonese elegance. Forum Restaurant’s Chief Sommelier Jacky Luk elevated the experience with perfectly paired wines that harmonized with every course.

On October 31 to November 2, Allstar Communications invited Chef Haley Zhang, Executive Chef of Michelin one-star restaurant Chenglonghang in Shanghai, to collaborate with Executive Chef Kevin Zhu of Lakeview Palace at Wynn Palace Macau for a limited-time crab-themed feast.
Together, the two acclaimed chefs showcased the exquisite flavors of the season, masterfully interpreting the essence of Jiangnan cuisine through a celebration of autumn’s prized hairy crab.
