Al quedarme solo,
siento frío en mi piel
y un extraño miedo
se apodera de mi ser.

Puedo oír tus pasos
y contarlos sin querer,
despertar mil veces
antes del amanecer.

Y es por culpa de saber que estás con él,
que he perdido en mis sueños tu niñez,
y aunque sufro amargamente
yo jamás te dejaré
porque esta es mi forma de querer.

Pero el viento del otoño es así,
y me aleja cada instante más de tí,
ese viento que te arrastra
y se lleva tu calor
al fondo de unos brazos sin amor.

Esta es mi historia sin capítulo final,
vieja como el tiempo
triste como su verdad,
falta de esperanza, llena de sinceridad
de increíbles horas, de infinita soledad.
