Dear Maando friends,
Today is a day of celebration! We have gathered here to honor an incredible milestone: 5,000 Maando users! It's no small feat, and I want to take a moment to reflect on the steps that led us here.

¡Hoy es un día de celebración! Nos hemos unido aquí para honrar un hito increíble: ¡5 mil usuarios de Maando! No es una hazaña pequeña, y quiero tomar un momento para reflexionar sobre los pasos que nos llevaron hasta aquí.
Three years ago, in the midst of a global pandemic and the loss of close friends, we decided to bring to life the collaboration platform we now know as Maando. It was a moment of uncertainty and fear, but also of hope and determination. We knew that through collaboration, we could make a real difference in the world. / Hace tres años, en medio de una pandemia global y la pérdida de amigos cercanos, decidimos dar vida a la plataforma de colaboración que hoy conocemos como Maando. Fue un momento de incertidumbre y miedo, pero también de esperanza y determinación. Sabíamos que, a través de la colaboración, podríamos hacer una diferencia real en el mundo.
Since then, we have seen our community grow and flourish in ways we never imagined. We have saved lives, solved problems, and connected people from all over the world to achieve incredible things. We have made mistakes, yes, but we have learned from them and moved forward with more strength and wisdom. / Desde entonces, hemos visto a nuestra comunidad crecer y florecer de maneras que nunca imaginamos. Hemos salvado vidas, resuelto problemas y conectado a personas de todo el mundo para lograr cosas increíbles. Hemos cometido errores, sí, pero hemos aprendido de ellos y hemos seguido adelante con más fuerza y sabiduría.
What moves me most about Maando is the honesty, responsibility, and patience of our users. They have shown time and again that when we work together, we can achieve the impossible. And most importantly, they have shown that compassion and empathy are the most powerful tools we have to face any challenge. / Lo que más me conmueve de Maando es la honestidad, la responsabilidad y la paciencia de nuestros usuarios. Han demostrado una y otra vez que, cuando trabajamos juntos, podemos lograr lo imposible. Y lo más importante, han demostrado que la compasión y la empatía son las herramientas más poderosas que tenemos para hacer frente a cualquier desafío.
So today, I want to thank each and every one of you for being part of this incredible community. Together, we have shown that collaboration is the key to making our biggest dreams a reality. Let's keep working together to build a better and more just world for everyone.
