Most classical musicians were never taught how to be seen.

They were taught how to play. How to practice. How to compete. How to audition.

But not how to communicate who they are. Not how to build an audience. Not how to make the industry take notice before someone else vouches for them first.

So they wait. They apply. They hope the right person will find them.

And the frustrating part? The talent is there. It has always been there.

What’s missing isn’t ability. It’s visibility.

Visibility is not vanity. It’s not self-promotion for its own sake. It’s the professional infrastructure that lets your talent actually reach the people it was meant to reach — audiences, collaborators, presenters, orchestras.

At Eva Artistic Management, every artist we work with goes through the same foundational process: clarify your artistic identity, build your visibility strategically, and create momentum that compounds over time.

We call it the Clarity → Visibility → Momentum framework. And for a limited time, it’s available to any classical musician who is ready to start taking their career seriously.

Not a course. Not a generic guide. The exact framework EAM uses with every artist on our roster — now in your hands, free.

If you’re ready to build with intention, the link is in the comments. 🎶

Some artists need management.
Some artists need the right ecosystem.

The EAM Classical Artist Registry was created for independent classical artists seeking greater visibility, credibility, connection, and strategic growth within the industry.

Not everyone is accepted.
And that’s intentional.

He grew up in rural America with no access to live classical music.

His entry point? Back to the Future. Jurassic Park. Star Wars.

At 14 years old, Leo Sushansky began studying at Juilliard Pre-College with legendary teacher Dorothy DeLay.
The very first concerto he learned with her? Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor. 🎻

A year later — right after making his debut with the New York Philharmonic — DeLay sent the 15-year-old violinist to audition for the Municipal Orchestra of New York, conducted by Julius Grossman.

Walking into the audition at the Sherry-Netherland Hotel near Central Park, he remembers seeing some of Dorothy DeLay’s most advanced and well-known students warming up around him. He simply walked in, played the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto he had recently performed with the New York Philharmonic… and somehow, they picked him.

That summer, he performed the Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1 throughout New York City parks — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Co-op City — with crowds gathered around the giant outdoor band shells.

“It was my earliest fun experience with the Bruch,” he shared.

Now, after years of performing repertoire like Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, and The Four Seasons, he’s returning once again to the concerto that shaped some of his earliest musical memories.

On June 6, Leo Sushansky performs the Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1 with the National Chamber Ensemble — bringing the story full circle.

Leonid Sushansky is on the roster of Eva Artistic Management
