My name is Rebecca Wheeler and, with my husband of 40 years, have lived in Costa Rica since 2005. My background is marketing and this service developed as a result of friends, or friends of friends, asking me to assist in selling their properties here in Costa Rica. What I discovered is that although there are qualified and a few good real estate brokers and agents in Costa Rica who list hundreds of properties, sellers have decided to sell their properties themselves; they lacked, however, the online or marketing expertise to do so. Thus, for full transparency sake, I am not a realtor. As a business owner myself with a propensity for learning and researching different markets, I do understand Costa Rica Real Estate. My internet-based business includes assisting small business owners and real estate owners to market their FSBO (for-sale-by-owner) properties in Costa Rica. I represent only sellers who have been referred by people whom I know or whom I know personally and whose property represents a fair/realistic asking price. And that the property is presented with integrity and honesty. Commitment to Buyers: providing prospective buyers selected properties that are legal, well maintained and priced fairly.
