The 40 plus bed b & b will be able to make a profit from the needs of boat owners wanting to sleep on land, good to fine dinners, have wifi all the time and USA cable TV.

This location will be able to handle a senior living center with each person being charged $3000 @ month ser full services with meals, wash, cleaning and supervised by nurse and care person. That could be 70% less than
similar care in USA.
