This certification confirms that Apothecary conducts its online operations in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, as well as with the highest standards of e-commerce best practices and consumer protection. The continued display of the e-Trustmark seal on the Apothecary website underscores our ongoing commitment to transparency, reliability, and secure online business practices.

To ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience, Apothecary offers customers multiple purchasing options. Orders can be placed with cash on delivery or online using all major payment cards issued in Serbia and abroad, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and DinaCard, as well as through digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Ljubica Cuca Sokić, a prominent Serbian and Yugoslav painter of the 20th century, was born in Bitola, N. Macedonia. She pursued her art education at the Royal School of Arts in Belgrade under the guidance of professors Beta Vukanović, Ivan Radović, Jovan Bijelić, and Ljuba Ivanović.

Sokić’s artistic journey took her to Paris, France, where she exhibited her works. In 1939, she made her first independent exhibition at the Cvijeta Zuzorić pavilion in Belgrade. From 1948 to 1972, she dedicated her life to teaching as a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts. During her tenure, she became a corresponding member of SANU and later a regular member earning an Academician title.

Her painting style is characterized by its intimate nature. Initially, her artworks drew inspiration from still lifes, landscapes, figures, and portraits. Over time, her style evolved towards simplification of forms, geometrization, and moderate abstraction.

Throughout her artistic career, she received numerous accolades and awards. These include the award of the first October Salon, the Golden Plaque of ULUS, the Grand Prix of the First Biennial of Yugoslav Miniature Art, and the Medal of Order for the People with Silver Rays of Merit.

Her artistic legacy is preserved in museums across Serbia. Ljubica Cuca Sokić passed away in Belgrade in 2009. She remains an esteemed figure in Serbian art history, recognized as an academician, and a professor.

The Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia has approved the trademark “Apothecary LAB life more beautiful,” which was submitted last year by Apothecary. The trademark was developed in collaboration with the marketing agency Foster + Svensson and its specialized unit Foster + Svensson MED™.

The trademark’s recognition and registration grant Apothecary exclusive rights to the trademark and provide 10 years of intellectual property protection. After completing the necessary formal and administrative procedures, the Institute will issue a trademark certificate to Apothecary and publish the trademark in the “Intellectual Property Gazette.”

Raiffeisen Bank state-of-the-art paymet gateway technology integrated within the Apothecary website allows real-time processing of transactions using payment cards or digital wallets. This exceptional payment experience ensures faster transactions, efficient management, and instant refunds, enhancing transparency and customer safety at the luxurious Apothecary drugstore.

A simplified checkout process enhances the shopping experience by allowing customers to navigate from cart to checkout effortlessly, making shopping easy and efficient. The new platform also offers improved fraud protection through the 3D Secure function, providing an additional layer of authentication for safe online transactions and ensuring a secure shopping experience.

The Apothecary luxury drugstore has integrated the e-commerce platform “RaiAccept” into its payment system, offering a unique cloud solution for online transactions. This state-of-the-art technology ensures seamless and uninterrupted processing of payments made with cards or digital wallets in real time.
