Building a new brand is never just about visuals, especially when two industry giants come together to create something entirely new.

When a 135-year-old strategy powerhouse like Arthur D. Little (ADL) and a global engineering leader like Vega IT form a joint venture, the real challenge isn’t aesthetic. It’s linguistic.

Despite a year of successful collaboration, "strategy" and "innovation" meant different things to each side. Before we could design the brand, we had to build a shared language.

As a full-stack design partner for Solutions, we delivered more than just a logo and a website. We built a foundation for growth:

- Executive alignment: A shared logic and terminology that everyone stands behind.
- Operational velocity: A workflow that saved the technical team hundreds of hours in front-end alignment.
