Overview

This is a long-term project built for a well funded technology startup specializing in developing unique products for mobile and web. We are seeking a Social Media and Content Manager who will be responsible for designing and posting original content for all major online social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience creating unique content and growing social media accounts for online products or services.

Responsibilities

Produce content to be posted online
Post and track content
Create new campaigns, track their success and optimize
Track and increase engagement
Research industry and competitor trends and suggest new strategies and campaigns
Analyze and report the effectiveness of the campaigns

Knowledge and Experience

Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
Superb communication skills
In-depth understanding of Social Media of Content Creation
Strong video editing skills
A sharp, analytical mind with a history of turning data into actionable insights to optimize digital ad campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of digital advertising workflow, measurement, research, optimization, and testing methods
Previous experience in working with international Apps will be considered a significant advantage
Native proficiency in English is a must

Responsibilities

Create clear Reporting and Analysis of all Digital Campaigns
Optimize the reporting process and feedback delivered to the CEO
Create new campaigns, track their success and optimize
Work with designers to create and optimize landing pages, creative assets and user experience
Determine outcomes of A/B testing
Work with internal analytic tools as well as Google Analytics to optimize conversion rates
Collaborate with the Social Media marketing team to optimize social media campaigns
Research industry and competitor trends and suggest new strategies and campaigns
Analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns in order to reduce the cost of acquisition

Knowledge and Experience

High level of proficiency in Google analytics and user experience tools such as Amplitude
Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
Superb communication skills
In-depth understanding of Media Buying, Affiliate marketing, eCPM and conversion strategies
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
A sharp, analytical mind with a history of turning data into actionable insights to optimize digital ad campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of digital advertising workflow, measurement, research, optimization, and testing methods
Fluent in English is a must
