Many coaches believe their homepage should be about them. I believe the opposite. A good homepage makes the client say, "It’s as if this was written for me."

Only then do they become curious about who you are and how you can help them.

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Most websites tell you what they do. This one makes you feel it!
This is a section I built for a breathwork practitioner.

A client I've worked with for over 3 years told me something recently that stayed with me.

We were talking about her website, a page she wanted to update. At some point she said:
"I could probably do this myself. But I'll never be able to see it the way you do."

I've been thinking about that ever since.

Because she's right, and not just about websites.
She's a talented coach. She knows her clients, her process, her results better than anyone. But she can't see her own work the way a stranger sees it. The same way I can't look at my own website with fresh eyes after building it.

That distance between knowing your work deeply and seeing it the way someone who doesn't know you yet sees it is exactly the gap that makes or breaks a professional website.

It's not only about technical skills. It's about perspective. And perspective is something you can only get from outside.

Curious how your website looks through a stranger's eyes? The quiz gives you a starting point πŸ‘‡

Someone lands on your website right now. They don't read everything. They ask one silent question and leave if the answer isn't immediate.

That question is: "Is this for me?"
Not "is this person qualified?" Not "what are their prices?" Those come later, if they stay long enough to find out.

The first thing a potential client does on your website is look for themselves. They scan for a word, a phrase, a description that makes them think "yes, this is exactly what I'm dealing with."

If they don't find it in the first few seconds, they leave. Not because you're not the right person for them. Because your website didn't make that clear fast enough.
I see this constantly with coaches, therapists, and nutritionists who have a genuinely great offer but a homepage that talks about their methodology, certifications, and journey. All valuable things. But not what a stranger needs to see first.
What a stranger needs to see first is themselves. Does your website make your ideal client feel seen in the first 5 seconds? Take 3 minutes to find out πŸ‘‡

Most coaches I talk to have an income goal, but almost none of them have done the math backwards.

"I want €6,000 a month": okay!

At your package price, that's how many clients? How many discovery calls does that take? And how many leads have to come in for those calls to happen?

Usually it's the last number that lands hard. You need ~50 leads a month, and you're getting 12. That's not a marketing problem you fix by posting more; it's a gap you can finally see.

I built a free tool that does this math in about 60 seconds. Set your goal and your numbers, and it works backwards to the leads you actually need, then shows you where your pipeline is leaking.

No email needed to see your numbers. Link below. πŸ‘‡

One day, you might wake up from your dream and find several contacts who are no longer responding, meaning they aren't opening, reading, or clicking on the emails you send.

The reasons for this vary.
At times like these, I recommend cleaning out your list and doing some email housekeeping. You can either do it manually or set up the system to handle it for you.

Our platform, for instance, allows you to configure automatic deletion. It's a new upgrade that was recently launched.
Does your system do that?

Everyone is chasing the next big thing: AI tools, viral reels, new platforms. Meanwhile, the coaches who quietly use email correctly are still the ones filling their programmes.

When email is connected to your website and your booking system, it stops being a newsletter and becomes a system. One that follows up automatically, nurtures the relationship, and makes the next step easy, while you focus on your actual clients.

Are you using email marketing right now? What's your biggest challenge with it? πŸ‘‡

A visitor and a lead are not the same thing. Most coaches don't know the difference, and it's costing them.

A visitor lands on your page. Reads a bit. Leaves.

A lead is someone whose contact information you have. A conversation that hasn't started yet.

The gap between the two is where most coaches, consultants, and doctors lose clients, not because people weren't interested, but because nothing on the website asked them to take the next step.

You turn a visitor into a lead by giving them something worth staying for. A free guide. A quiz that tells them something useful about their situation. A simple booking option.

Then you follow up. Not once. Not manually every time. Automatically.
That's the difference between a website that exists and a website that works for you.

Does your website turn visitors into leads, or just show them your services and hope? πŸ‘‡

You post on social media. People like it. Nobody books. Here's what's actually happening.

Social media builds attention. It doesn't close clients.
The moment someone is interested enough to click your link, they land on your website.

And if your website doesn't do its job in the next 10 seconds, they leave.
No clear offer. No obvious next step. No reason to trust you immediately.
I see this every week with coaches and consultants who have great content, a genuine expertise, and a website that quietly loses them clients every single day.
Attention without a system to catch it is just noise.

The follower who could have become your next client just moved on to someone who made it easier.

Where do most of your clients actually come from right now? Be honest πŸ‘‡
